There is also a patio in the back to have coffee or a meal. Central Heat and air conditioning is included in the rent as is internet and electricity. The apartment has one stand-up shower, and brand new washer and dryer unit. My wife and I are the house next door, so if there are any problems, we can get to them right away. We are 1 min drive to the NYS Thruway in New Paltz, a five minute drive to SUNY New Paltz and a 10 min drive to the Mid-Hudson bridge. The Town and adjacent Village has everything you could need and the mountains are a mere 15 mins away for hiking, climbing and biking. A one month's security deposit is required at the signing of a 6 month lease. A credit, financial and background check are also required. There is no smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises. Off street parking is available for two cars. All utilities are included except garbage pick-up. You'll have to contract with the local garbage company to get you own bins depending on your needs. You will be responsible for shoveling the walkway in the winter, but we will take care of the driveway (except around your vehicles). You are required to return the property to it's original condition at end of terms of lease. No pets are allowed. We will take care of all lawn and landscape maintenance. There is some additional storage on-site that will cost extra depending on what you need stored. There is also a garage they can be rented separately.
