Large living room with lots of windows for natural lighting and newly refinished hardwood flooring. Large kitchen has space for table and chairs. One block off of Rt 74 with off street parking, covered porch, and easy access to York and Dillsburg. The basement is unfinished but is perfect for storage and has laundry hookups. The first floor tenant is responsible for mowing the grass. Both upstairs and downstairs tenants responsible for snow removal. Gas Heat. Tenant pays all utilities: Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer and Trash. No pets accepted. No smoking. NOTE: Currently replacing the floor in the bathroom so showings will be based on availability and construction timeframe. It is possible it will be available sooner than October 1.
