This pretty home is located in a very quiet part of the 55+ community backing up to another community. It has a great yard for the dog and plenty of room to make a great garden. It is a mixture of rock and grass. Inside, the home is nicely laid out and feels light and airy. All it needs is paint inside and out and new flooring. This home was priced with that in mind. The Canyon community is very welcoming and we offer plenty of social activities. Less now with Covid 19 but they will resume again soon we hope. Call me, I will tell you all about living here.
