Guests can enjoy a boat launch across the bridge in Beaver RV Park and Camp, a front porch with a swing and rocking chairs, a fire pit in the backyard, and a massive backyard with direct access to the shoreline. The property includes two kayaks and one canoe for guest use, a private living space in the second cabin, and sleeps up to 10 guests. It has three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with three twin beds, and a queen bed studio guest house with a full-size sleeper sofa. The main room also features a sitting room with a twin day bed. There are two kitchens: one on the main floor and a mini kitchen in the Mother-In-Law Suite. Additional amenities include a woodburning stove inside, a charcoal grill outside, extra linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and board games and playing cards. The cabin is kid-friendly with a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware available. The 'Standing Room Only' cabin has a front porch with porch rockers that look out toward the White River. Access to this cabin is only available upon request for special events as it is very old. It is perfect for special events or a bridal suite. Located at the end of a beautiful, windy drive through the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, the cabin is just 6 miles from downtown Eureka Springs, 10 minutes from Eureka Springs Safari Park, and 20 minutes from Roaring River, perfect for trout fishing. The property is ideal for bird watching or gazing out at the Ozark Mountains. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. If burning fire outside, please burn only in designated areas. Guests are welcome to use the wood-burning stove, but please make sure the flue is open.
