This rustic camp has electricity, a wood stove for heat, but has no water or septic system. Upon entering you'll find a lovely screened porch for enjoying the serene sounds of nature. Inside, you'll find the main living space, which consists of a kitchen, living, and dining area centered around a cozy wood stove. One bedroom, and a bathroom with a composting toilet, complete this level. Upstairs you'll find a private and cozy sleeping loft. Outside, enjoy the firepit and the surrounding river, mountains, and forest. Access the cabin by parking in the Davis Path parking lot, cross the Bemis Suspension foot bridge, and hike up another 10 minutes or so. Depending on the season, ATVs, skis, snowshoes, or snowmobiles are also welcome. This is a true retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle! Will not qualify for conventional financing.
