    NOTE: unfortunately we can't show this property right now due to the environment we are in...but wanted to post this to see what type of interest/demand there was given the environment... looks like there's strong interest as we've already gotten several serious inquiries. so we will have the current tenants create a video tour to send out to serious requests. and then we may try showing the house to the most serious inquiries from the outside if the tenants are okay with it. it's a one level flat lot so you can see into every room easily from outside :). unique times call for unique new ways :). the current tenants bought a new home and hope to move out by end of May. the only reason this wouldn't happen is if we are all still in shelter in place and they can't find a mover. given the fluidity of things, our goal is to narrow down to 2-3 serious renters and stay in touch over the next few weeks as things evolve. and then show the property inside when possible. and then we can commit to a contract once we feel the current tenants are not at risk of not being able to move out. i hope this makes sense. it's the best way i think we can do things at this given point and still try to move everyone forward :). thank you! TONS of closet space in house including large kitchen pantry - all with container store nice custom shelving. house has natural flow - not "quirky" like many mill valley homes. 3 bedrooms all down hallway. 4th "bedroom" is on other side of kitchen and could be used as master bedroom, office or family room or storage,...great large room with new air conditioning unit. large 8' x 12.5' storage shed in backyard. nice size flat yard. mature pretty landscaping. two off-street parking spaces. rent includes gardening. has always rented fast. comes with experienced nice landlord! we own a few rentals in mill valley and have had wonderful experiences with all of our tenants. rental application required. two months security deposit required. photos are not great - house shows much better and gets great light! owner pays for gardening
