Our house is located a quarter-mile from Whole Foods Market; a half mile from Jamaica Pond; 1 mile from Harvard University's Arnold Arboretum. The neighborhood is urban and safe with friendly neighbors and always has on-street parking in front of the house. Two bedrooms are fully furnished. One bedroom can be an office or bedroom. Wireless internet, cable, DVD, HD TV. Gas fireplace for additional warmth and ambiance. Brick patio on the side of house. Accessible to public transit (subway, trolly and buses) to get you to all that Boston has to offer. Close to the Longwood Medical Center--Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel, Deaconess, New England Baptist Hospitals . . . area colleges are Boston University (BU), Boston College, Northeastern. We are looking for people who will take good care of the house by letting us know when there is a problem and also doing minor maintenance and snow shoveling. This is a very special house to us in a very friendly, urban community. Utilities are not included and will depend on your usage. In general, they run $200-$350. This includes the cost of internet and cable. A damage deposit of $2800 and last month's rent is required. Our preference is for the lease to be September 15, 2020 - May 15, 2021, but we do have some flexibility.
