It is also just down the hall from the pool/spa/gym facilities. Since I have owned it, I have updated all the appliances to stainless steel, upgraded the furniture and installed 2 large flat screen TVs. Turnkey vacation rental investment. I did very well listing this property on Airbnb and VRBO and of course enjoyed using it myself during all seasons. HOA of approximately $380 pays for all utilities including internet and a heated underground parking space. I will consider owner financing. 2.5% buyers agent commission.
