Our charming and bright apartment in Portland's historic West End is walking distance to everything: fantastic restaurants, museums, music, the West Prom, Old Port, and more. The apartment is fully furnished, including linens and fully equipped kitchen, tastefully modernized, and cozy. We would consider renting the apartment for a full year or for several months. We'd like to start renting March 1 (or April 1). The apt is about 1000 sq ft with two lovely bay windows in the front facing our quiet street. The windows were just restored back to their original beauty. The kitchen has everything you need (but no dishwasher) and a table that accommodates 6. It leads to the basement with washer and dryer. The comfortable living room has a sofa, a gas fireplace, and WIFI-enabled TV. There's a bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There's also a portable crib/playpen. The entire place is very sunny and uncluttered, simple furnishings, and original artwork. This is a month-to-month rental, but would consider a lease for multiple months. Owner pays for WIFI, water, sewage, electricity, heat (propane). No smoking in the apartment and no pets. We own the driveway, which can fit two cars, but parking would need to be worked out with upstairs tenants.
