Here's what the sellers have to say about their home: About 20 Maplewood Court We bought the house in 1997. Since then we have spent over $170,000 in improvements and major replacements. We first undertook to remodel the kitchen installing new cabinets and a pantry with sliding drawers or shelves in the lower cabinets. We also bought new appliances. A first floor half-bath and a new coat closet were also part of this job. The next year we had our garden room (great room, sun room) addition built with large windows on three sides, two skylights, two sets of patio doors, a vaulted ceiling with additional windows in the roof peak and year around separate heating and air conditioning. The room features a gas fireplace with a built-in TV cabinet above it. We spend much of our time there.
