Lease Term 12 months At the end of the lease term, the tenancy will: * End- with possible renewal options. 2. Rent Tenant agrees to pay rent in the amount of $2350 per month, due on the by the 5th day of each month. Payment method(s): Via Zillow Portal Late fee: $35 if rent is not received by 6th. Returned payment fee: $50. 3. Security Deposit Tenant will pay a security deposit of $1000 pus $400 pet deposit prior to move-in.
