This Apartment! It is very nice,and new.It is very cozy place!It is very good and quiet area.Is close to everything !They are security cameras.Our neighbors are very good! This Apartment,everything is included!The tenant only pays the rent.Smoking or hooka use is not allowed inside the property!The apartment is only for 3 people.No more than 2 cats.Parking for two cars inside the property .Visitors cars are not allowed inside the property.Music is not allowed after10:00 p:m. Tenant must have renters insurance.You are not allowed to rent to another person,even family.If you have a child in the property, the rent will increase by 200 dollars immediately.You must notify Zillow that a new child is born.The apartment will be delivered in perfect condition.If there is any damage or any damaged in the appliances,The security money will be used for the repairs,but if is not enough because the damages are greater than the security money,the tenant must cover the property as received.
