This entire street is in the shade of a large hill, and is about 10 degrees cooler than downtown San Rafael. Room available is the master bedroom, has it's own bath and small walk in closet. Bedroom is about 13'x14'. Bath is 5.5'x10". Walk in closet is 3.5'x5.5'. I work in healthcare, am gone all day and much of the weekend. Definitely no smokers and no pets. Available near the end of May. Prospective tenant will need to complete a background check, $40 refundable if you move in. My current housemate is a slob, and the house is filled with his junk, so it looks like a mess. This will change by May 27th. The property owner will be doing some repairs to the ceiling of the master bedroom as soon as it is vacant, this will take one or two days. A security deposit is needed, as well as the first month's rent. I am flexible on the lease terms. Short or long, but until I trust someone I would prefer something short.
