It's close to capitol square (about 5 blocks, quick 10 min walk at most), and about 25 min away from Epic without traffic. I've paid September's rent. I also opted in for underground heated parking for $135/month, so the whole deal will be $1285/month + electricity (but parking is optional). Water/trash is included. Wifi and Cable are also included. Electricity tends to be under $50/month since the building has central A/C and heat. Please let me know if you're interested.
