The entrance, living room and kitchen are shared with the second floor tenants. The first floor tenants shared the bathroom on the first floor. Laundry needs to be shared with other tenants in this unit. The rent is $2200 for 6-month lease, and $2300 for 6-month lease. The landlord doesn't want more than three occupations. If there are more than 3 people, we will charge an extra $100 per person for rent. Roommates information: Here are two SFSU students living on the second floor now. The master room on the second floor is still empty. The utilities are included $50 each person in the rent. If you use more than $50 you need to pay for the exceeding part. The lease can start immediately. The lease term can be 6 month or 12 month
