Front of the building is on the opposite street where your garage is at (which actually works great). 1 car garage spot right underneath the unit, with plenty of parking available around. Freshly painted apartment with 6 year old appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, microwave and 1 year old 4 doors Samsung refrigerator! Sunlight all day long, with direct sun up to 10am. Place is very well lit with great balcony and partial views of the bay! Plenty of storage in the apartment. Additional room has a large custom built closet (yes, seriously!). Picture does not show the custom built closet but it is on the bedroom with the desk. One bathroom has a tub, the other one has a beautiful and spacious glass shower. Yale smart lock and Nest thermostats are included. All utilities are included except internet/cable.
