What the owner loves about this home
What we’ve loved most about this home is how well it has adapted to our family through every stage—from young children to teenagers. The four-level layout gave everyone room to spread out while still feeling connected, and the multiple living spaces made it easy for our kids to have friends over and created a great setup for teens to hang out. The remodeled kitchen has been the heart of the home. With two ovens, a large dining area, and plenty of room to gather, it has been the perfect place for holiday meals and family celebrations. The sunroom is one of our favorite spaces, filled with natural light year-round and wonderfully warm on sunny winter days. We’ve also appreciated that all of the bedrooms are generously sized, and the cozy gas fireplace and lower-level recreation room have been favorite spots for movie nights, games, and time with family and friends. Practical features have made everyday life especially comfortable, including the tankless water heater that provides endless hot water even with a family of six, and the fresh air circulation system that keeps the home feeling fresh and well ventilated while maintaining energy efficiency. We’ve loved the oversized 1,160 sq ft garage/shop for vehicles, outdoor toys, and projects, as well as the private backyard with raised garden beds, fruit trees, and berry bushes. Living in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from hiking trails has offered the perfect balance of neighborhood living and easy access to the outdoors. If we could take this home with us to our next location, we absolutely would.
