Across the street from a 2.2 mi around lake there are three private beaches on different areas of the lake but the one closest to me is only about a block and a half away you can see it from the deck. Second bedroom custom-made platform bed with 2 hidden dollies underneath each has five boxes for storage large mirrored bifold door closet. Recently refinished bathroom right off the vestibule with a 5 ft shower stall. Vestibule has a drawer base with a 3X3 granite Green top vestibule also leads out onto the porch overviews the whole property on the lake. Second floor / attic converted into 525 ft of living space bedroom is 14x16 shaped like a T the other part is 11.5' by 26' part is the office and part is the sitting room. In the sitting room there are bookshelves and cabinets and a double recliner sofa with a 43 inch TV all this furniture stays. In the bedroom there's a full bedroom set which all this furniture stays. the old picture shows a big fish tank on top the banister that is no longer there but could be replaced. Storage up in the attic triangles three different doors. 12K BTU air conditioner. the end opposite the banister there's a 3 ft wide box window great for growing plants in. The backyard has a 19 ft by 36 ft brick paver patio complete with gazebo small pool large shed and small shed 6 seat patio set which all stay. The yard boasts a large garden with irrigation and a flower garden with all different boxes for different flowers and there's even a little bird garden and the hill garden that hides the property from the road plus a custom driveway with another shed driveway fits three to four cars. The last pictures it's actually a dog ramp that gives my dog 24-hour access in and out to the yard. Lot of little custom nuances throughout the house but yes it does need some work. House is being sold as is.
