The oxford bike path runs along the back of the property and there is a covered bus stop right at the front of the property entrance that takes you straight to campus. This is a quiet neighborhood, so responsible and mature renters that want a quiet place to live close to campus only please. All appliances are included, and we do allow pets as long as they are inside pets and not an aggressive breed of dog. There is an additional monthly fee of $50 per month for an approved pet. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and we do the yard work!
