We are looking to re-assign our lease on our 3 bed / 3 bath (1,600 sq/ft, corner unit) apartment in the Solaire in NBPC. It's a gorgeous apartment and the building is wonderful. Very family friendly and the staff is amazing. We've been in the building for almost 7 years and are on our 3rd apt there! Our apartment has full water views and you can see the Statue of Liberty from every room. You can also see the freedom tower from all windows except the master bedroom. It has an open kitchen to the living room (not shown in floor plan) and new hardwood floors put in right before we moved in December 2019. Microwave was new when we moved in, dishwasher is about a year old and the washer/dryer and the oven/stove are about 2 years old that we had moved from our apt before. Lease ends mid-December 2020.
