The condo sleeps 8, which includes a king bed in the main bedroom, queen bed in bedroom 2, and a queen bed and twin bunk beds in bedroom 3. There are 2 private balconies, one with a hot tub and one with a gas grill and seating. Store all your ski gear in our private ski locker in the building. Condo is available for an extended stay ONLY (31 days) March 9 through April 9 - dates are somewhat flexible, please inquire for date changes. $10,000 for the month, plus a one time $300 cleaning fee. NO SUBLEASING. Rent includes all utilities, cable TV and WiFi. No smoking inside or outdoors on decks. Dogs considered with additional deposit.
