    What's special

Spectacular views over Central Park and all the way North to the GW Bridge. This spacious and renovated apartment has an open kitchen with breakfast bar, a king sized bedroom, 2 walk-in closets, a large linen closet and large hall closet. Bedroom features ample space for desk and sitting area. Kitchen and bathroom are fully renovated. One Lincoln Plaza is a full service building with a 24 hour doorman, top of the line staff, laundry on every floor and a furnished rooftop terrace (with fire pits) overlooking Lincoln Center. In addition, residents have access to Top of the One, a rooftop club featuring a gym, swimming pool, and an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking Central Park on one side and Lincoln Center on the other. We have lived at One Lincoln Plaza for over 5 years and are very sad to be leaving such a wonderful building. The staff is amazing, location is fabulous - right next to Central Park, Lincoln Center, numerous restaurants and the 1 train and a few blocks from Columbus Circle, the A, C, B and D trains, Whole Foods and the Shops at Columbus Circle. We are relocating outside of New York City and are looking for a lease re-assignment through May 31, 2022 with the option to renew. Please let us know if you are interested in viewing the apartment and we will organize. Thank you! Per building requirements, Applicants must make 50X the monthly rent to qualify. Guarantors must make 80X the monthly rent to qualify.
