Nice level lot to build on in a very desirable neighborhood with a new water meter purchased by the seller. This lot was purchased to build a spec home on with the understanding that city sewer was available, but the city notified the builder that city sewer is not available at this current time. We do have the quotes for authorized septic system by the health department and septic engineer. The cost did not justify the builder to build a spec home to try to recoup that added expense, but it would make more sense for someone building a custom home. See pink flags on lot with my sign.
