Timber Ridge Apartments is under new management and ownership. It's had new updates and is continuing to get them. They have fresh paint, new flooring, and appliances. Laundry room has new washing machines and dryers as well Renters is responsible for their own utilities. They must also show proof that these utilities are on. Garbage is free we only ask that it is place in the provided dumpsters and not in the breezeways or by the dumpsters. We are trying to make this a nice home and plan to continue making upgrades. We can do month to month but we would rather do 6 months to a year lease.
