Other things to note: - Location: Around Douglass and 18th st - $2800/month - ALL utilities and internet included - About ~700 sq ft total - Lots of closet space - two separate closets! - The office den is just off the kitchen but up against the patio window w/lots of natural light - Spacious and well-stocked kitchen - perfect if you enjoy cooking and baking - Modern Dishwasher; no washer/dryer, but 1 block from two wash and fold places I've been using for years - Unfortunately, cannot accommodate pets at this time - Lots of street parking!
