Step 4: Once a unit becomes available, the site manager will contact you and ask you to bring the required documents in person. These documents include: Six months of bank statements Pay stubs Government-issued ID, Driver's License Social Security card Records from Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and other similar payment platforms Step 5: We will review your documents to determine your rent based on your income and household size. Step 6: Sign the lease, tour the unit, and receive your keys. No Pets. Water and Electric service is the responsibility of tenant. Proof of service must be provided at lease signing.
