Spacious FURNISHED room with PRIVATE EN-SUITE BATH and private stair available 6/1/25 for monthly lease-HOPEFULLY LONG TERM. Other lodgers are quiet, friendly, single adults, all working full time. This historic 1785 home was fully restored and renovated in 2006 and sits on a lovely landscaped rural lot just outside of Willimantic. Rent includes ALL utilities; Electric, On-demand hot water, Heat, Central Air,Wi-fi, and off-street parking. Owner is on-site and performs all maintenance promptly. All rooms in the house have original Chestnut floors and period furnishings as well as oriental-style carpets, While the mattress sets are all new. No smoking inside-we currently have no smokers on the property! (but 420 friendly OUTSIDE!) No pets (even visiting)- Owner has 4 small dogs but they live in the studio out back. We also have one large inside/outside cat; he is not allowed on the second floor. Parking is generally assigned by seniority and/or needs; many options exist! The lease is monthly, with a three month minimum, but we prefer that lodgers stay long term and encourage it. Most people here are long term.
