They are also the only condos with boat docks on the same property. You can sit on the dock and watch the manatees and dolphins, boaters, and Florida beach birds or grab a fishing pole from the garage and catch lunch or dinner. Pictures of the condo are current. Less then a mile to downtown Flagler and the famous pier. Check out the Flagler Beach calendar on line for all the events the city has. Seems to be never ending. Daytona airport and beach are 20 minutes. Ormond beach is 8 minutes and Marine Land is 10 minutes. Your close 95, (5 minutes) to St. Augustine, Orlando, Tampa and so many other cities for day trips. Florida has great Flea Markets and the best shopping. Where ever you choose for your destination, make sure you make lasting memories! Rental Information Stay 6 months or longer and receive a rental discount. Stay 6 months and 2 days and avoid paying the rental tax of 12% which is mandatory in Flagler Beach. Rental Rates; $1,200.00 Weekly - June 1, 2018 - September 2018 $1,600.00 Monthly - June 1, 2018 - September 2018 $2,000.00 Monthly - October 2018 - May 1, 2019 Yearly rental available as of June 1, 2018. All stays require deposit, one time cleaning fee, 12% rental tax if less then 6 months and 2 days. Guest are responsible for Electric Bill. Cable, phone, water and rubbish pickup are included in the rental rate if not yearly rental. Serious calls only. Available for monthly, long term or yearly rental.
