I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and the lease is through June 30, 2017. It is difficult staying at my current apartment in Cary because of the far commute from work. The bedroom is large with a long closet and plenty of space above. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 2-story building. 2-car garage comes included in the rent. Only utilities you would be paying for are electric and internet/cable. If you need to be moved in before then, please let me know. We will discuss further via email or text. Electric and cable/internet are the only additional bills.
