Also per HOA rules, only one small pet is allowed, and two unassigned parking spots are granted. No INDOOR smoking! Because, it's the 21st century folks. Please know how to change your own lightbulbs, but don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions, or an unforeseen issue arises. Please, vacuum frequently, especially if you bring a fur baby. Water, sewer, trash, recycle and Wi-Fi is included in rent, but electricity is the responsibility of the tenant in addition to rent. For a snowbird rental, we can figure out a flat rate electric included. Unit is currently hooked up with Wi-Fi, but not cable or landline phone. Very inexpensive, brand new, common laundry is located just steps away from the unit. But you will only need to use those for large bedding, because the unit is equipped with its own, European sized private laundry! Some very handsome basic furnishings are available, if wanted or needed for a short term lease, but the unit can also come entirely unfurnished, if desired, for a longer term lease.
