The application fee is $25 per person and includes a credit report, background check, tenant history and income verification. Our general requirements are: 1. Gross monthly income needs to be at least three times the rent amount. 2. No evictions or collections from a prior landlord or utility company. 3. Stable employment history. 4. No criminal background. Owner pays trash and gas service. Tenant pays electric and water service.
