Both the master and guest bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed. The condo as lots of amenities including private beach, private pier, unit garage with storage, walk-in closets in both rooms, relaxing view of the nation seashore, watching dolphins swim from the bed, pool with bathroom, epic views of sunsets and moon rises over the water. Up to 2 Pets under 50 pounds will be considered for a $300 non-refundable deposit. Trash is included in the rent. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. The unit is located on the third floor with no elevator. It is a top floor corner unit. The only top floor unit within the Sunchase condominiums that has bedrooms facing the National Seashore and price beach walkway. Available August 1, 2025 to May 30, 2025. No short term rentals allowed at complex so you don't have to worry about Airbnb neighbors. Trash is included with rent. Water, electricity, and internet are not included. Internet costs very on provider and speed. The HOA mandates a maximum of two small pets under 50 lbs with limited access to the complex grounds ($300) non-refundable pet deposit.
