In addition, you have sidewalk access to Chattahoochee River recreation areas at Cochran Shoals and Powers Island. We also love the easy access to great food. There is a private gated entrance from One River Place to Ray's on the River, and it's an easy walk to the famous Heirloom Market BBQ. Water is included but Electric and TV/Internet is the responsibility of the renter.
