You will be renting from me personally, so the contract will go through the end of July 2018. There will be an open house on Saturday Sept 9 from 12-4. It is the far end unit of the second row of townhouses. Comes with a washer and dryer Pets may or may not be allowed. If they are allowed there will be a pet deposit, and a monthly fee. The lawn maintenance and garbage disposal are taken care of by the HOA. Rent is 1150 a month. Security deposit is one month rent (1150) due before you move in.
