More info here: -Utilities and Basic WIFI are included with rent. -Month to month rental agreement with a 5 year cap. -Just on the edge of Downtown Syracuse (10min walk). 4th and 5th floor combined have: -30 Total Live/Work Studio Apartments -12 Individual Shared Kitchens (each studio has its own personal 17 cubic foot refrigerator) -12 Individual Shared Private Bathrooms (bed and breakfast style) -4,800SF of Shared Work/Hang Out Space -2 Laundry Rooms w/Utility Sinks and Lounge -2 Open Balconies -Fill out the artist rental application in The Gear Factory "Live/Work" section of website. -Attach a resume to the application showing what you do and your seriousness as an artist or creative entrepreneur.
