Spectrum is the local cable provider. If you have pets, we would love to meet them. We have a 2-pet limit. We accept indoor cats and non-aggressive medium size dogs. The pet fee/deposit for 1 pet is $600.00.($300.00 is refundable). We do not charge a monthly pet rent. This is a Smoke-free community.
