Imagine being just steps away from charming downtown Narberth, and the SEPTA Regional Rail station that can take you to Center City in 20 minutes. This premium 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the first floor was renovated in 2024 in every detail. It includes off-street parking and a dedicated garage with an opener and exclusive access to the parking space in front of it. This apartment has 2 private entrances - one at the front of the house and another on the side near the driveway - along with a sliding glass door from the main bedroom to a private deck. All of the flooring is new - ceramic tile in baths, carpet in bedrooms and solid oak everywhere else. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with a deep tub and vanity with a solid marble top. A walk-in closet has shelves and hanging space installed by Closets by Design. The shared bathroom has a marble top that complements a wide walk-in shower with a full glass door. A dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with a pendant light on a track. The living room and family room are spacious with 10-foot ceilings and a beautiful brick fireplace with a stone mantle that adds to the aesthetic but unfortunately is not functional (due to safety reasons). A sunroom provides space that could be used as an eating area or place to hang out and enjoy a great view. Insulation was put in the walls to dampen the noise between rooms and double-layered drywall was put in the ceiling to insulate sound between the apartment above. The apartment has its own high-efficiency HVAC - central air conditioning and gas-forced air furnace - and a wireless thermostat that allows you to manage the settings on your phone or online. The tenant is responsible for all utilities that are separately metered - gas, electric, water, and cable/internet (wired for Verizon Fios and Comcast Xfinity). The landlord is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. You will have shared access to common areas on the property including the front patio, yard, and seating area next to the driveway. Sorry, no pets and no exceptions. Security deposit (the amount of one month's rent) is due upon lease signing. Start date of lease is negotiable - it must end or renew in June or July.
