The tenant cannot move till Jan 1st but may be interest in staying longer as well. Current rent is $800 the condition it is. The condo is 1 bedroom one bath. We have no pictures at this time. Laundry is coin operated on site. The layout is the same as others in this complex. We will be getting pictures as we move along with the listing. Only serious buyers please.
