The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the rent, the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the utilities at the property, pest control and renter's insurance. The refrigerator, washer and dryer are the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of these appliances will be up to the Owner and is not guaranteed.
