We are newly "empty nesters" and looking for just the right person to rent a room and full bathroom in our house. The setup will be as follows: You will have access to your space through the side door in our carport. As you walk in - you will enter the shared washer and dryer area (you are free to use the washer and dryer as you wish). Immediately to your right is your bathroom door. Enter through your bathroom and you will enter into your private bedroom. The bathroom and bedroom areas will be 100% locked off and accessible by ONLY YOU! We can rent this space fully furnished with a Queen size tempurpedic mattress, small sitting area, flat screen TV with Apple TV, High Speed internet Connection, a small refrigerator, and fold down studio kitchen counter top. Or you are free to rent the space entirely empty and bring your own items to furnish the space any way that you choose. If interested, please text. We will require extensive background checks and an in person interview. Finding the right person is of utmost importance and we are hoping to find someone that we can "share" our wonderful, cozy home with. Owner will include ALL UTILITIES (including Water, Sewer, Trash, Gas, and Electricity), HIGH SPEED INTERNET and WASHER and DRYER. Renter will be required to park on the upper street since parking across the street is for visitors only!
