We will have a 2 BR, 2 Bath long term rental condo available starting May 1 next to Grand Boulevard/Sandestin for $1100 per month. We require at least a one year rental lease, but we prefer someone with a desire to stay longer. Refrigerator, disposal, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer are included. It is on the third floor (top) and there is also a storage closet and private balcony at the back overlooking lots of trees. Community pool, fitness center and walk to shops and restaurants.
