A huge redwood deck and storage shed were constructed in the backyard in 2010. Unobstructed vista views of San Francisco, Alameda, the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge and other parts of the Bay Area can be seen from the deck. Two water spigots and two electrical outlets are installed on the deck and the shed is fully wired. An automatic watering system was also installed for both the front terrace and backyard. Redwood railings, gates and a terrace were in the front and entrance to the house were also constructed in 2010. Additionally, storage shelves were constructed on either side of the large two car garage which currently fits two large vehicles. House was newly painted and decks and other redwood stained in 2014.
