This is a beautiful fully furnished Studio Apartment for short to long term rent, attached, but fully separate with own entrance, from our main house. There is one room, with an ensuite full bathroom, tub/shower. There is plenty of storage space, with 2 nice sized closets, one with a small refrigerator and microwave in and lots of room for a mini pantry, storage. We have provided Keurig coffee maker, One pot water boiler for tea, etc. There is a a queen sized memory foam mattress/bed frame with storage underneath. All bedsheets, comforter, towels are provided, but are owners property, as well as any and all items in the property at the time of rental. If any items are missing at the end of the rental period they will be deducted at fair market value from the deposit held on file. Starter toiletries include, soap, toothpaste, toilet tissues,, hand soap, general cleaning spray. A small table with 2 leaf pullouts for extra room, 2 chairs, and a plush recliner chair. A wall mounted smart TV, with ability to view from the recliner of bed. There is a designated parking spot for ONE car only in the driveway. The home is within easy accessibility of all major roads, Hwy 27 N to Orlando, and south to all areas to Miami, Polk Parkway to either Orlando and Tampa as well as Rte 17. Approx 45 mins to Disney world and 5 mins to Legoland. We are ideally looking for a mature business professional who is seeking short term accommodation, and who would would feel more comfortable in a room with all the accompaniments vs a hotel or AIRBNB. Or preferably a mature single female. NO COUPLES. I am willing to do no less than a 3 month rental, but would prefer 6 months to a year. No pets unfortunately, there is not enough room, and absolutely no smoking or vaping. I do charge for a background check, per person, but no application fee.
