The condo management company charges a move-in fee of $100, which the landlord will reimburse after two rental payments have been paid on time. A fully refundable move-in damage deposit of $500 must be paid to the management company, as well, which the landlord will promptly repay as long as guidelines are followed, and the management company certifies that the move has been completed without damage to the building.
