Today I'm gonna change it up, here are the reasons you shouldn't come see this apartment: If you don't want to live next to CENTRAL PARK If your least favorite apartments are NEWLY RENOVATED in gorgeous, character filled pre-war buildings If brand new, state of the art, SS, OPEN KITCHENs disgust you If you despise HIGH CEILINGS If you don't like having HUGE AMOUNTS OF SPACE Having a KING SIZED BEDROOM is your worst nightmare You don't see the need for TONS OF CLOSET SPACE There you have it, if you don't like those things then definitely don't make an appointment with me to see it. Especially if you hate being close to subway stations, because this has one just steps away. If you do want to see this, however, then let me know ASAP, the apartments in this building don't tend to last long!
