The Meadows offers one and two bedroom apartments located on a secluded cul-de-sac in walking distance of recreational activities and a water park. This apartment is also only minutes from East Peoria's new Levee District Shopping Center. We pay for water, sewer and trash removal. You would be responsible for the power bill and cable/phone/internet (if you obtain them). Our deposit is $300 and our application fee is $30. Our office hours are from 9-5, Monday through Friday.
