FREE ski shuttle to the summit county ski areas such as Keystone and Breckenridge. Copper Mountain (part of Summit County) and Vail are other options about 20-45 minutes away. Walking distance to the famous Ice Castles (only four in the US) and about six restaurants. On the main floor of the building there is a lovely brand new hot tub area. You can walk less then five minutes to great restaurants such as ProFusion, Arapahoe Cafe, Dillon Tavern and Pug Ryans. Also, a two minute walk to the bowling alley and Mexican restaurant. This unit has never been rented since we purchased it, so very clean and comfortable. There are no extra costs to the renter. No pets at all as owner has severe allergies. Also no smoking at all, that includes all smokable products, cigars, pipes, weed/cannabis and cigarettes. This is IDEAL for a family to use every weekend through ski season. The ski shuttle is right down the street and can take you to Keystone or Breckenridge.
