The house is a brand new Additional Dwelling unit in my backyard. One bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a space for the laundry on the side of the house. You will also have parking and street access from the back yard. Rental agreement I would ask that you keep the yard clean as well as the appearance outside of the house. Any damages will have to be fixed before you leave. Must be clean respectful and professional. More will be covered in the lease contract.
