HOUSE: Master bedroom with private porch and lake views available in a fully furnished 3br/2ba house in Sunnyside / Tahoe Park area. We're open to either a part time person/couple who wants a vacation/weekend house in Tahoe - or full time resident(s). Available June 1st to the end of November, potentially longer. One couple and one other, mid 30's, live in the other two bedrooms but just part-time: I'd guess 5-10 days for the couple and 5- 15 days per month for the other individual. The couple does have an almost two year old girl. Individual has a 9 year dog. House is open to well behaved dogs but no other children please. We have been in this updated A frame for over 8 years, it's really an amazing place tucked at the end of a quiet road along the National Forest. Trails right out the back door and beautiful views of the lake from the front porch. Master bedroom comes with a King bed, large closet, dresser, work desk and chair, large mirrior, end tables, sitting chair, all the basics. Bathroom right next to the bedroom is shared with one individual. There's a small "office" in the upstairs with two work stations. We are an active group who do all of the fun Tahoe activities, love occasional group dinners though not big partiers, work from home when up during the weeks, and enjoy it all in a clean house Lots of storage for outdoor equipment. Hardwood floors throughout. Entire interior recently painted. 60in TV in living room. Security cameras on property.
