This is probably the sickest location on the beaches - sweet, chill neighborhood, 30 second walk to the beach and 6 minute bike ride to Atlantic Beach Town Center or the Jax Beach Bars & Pier I am currently the only person living in at this residence and am looking for a cool, clean roommate, ideally who surfs and enjoys water sports. Place includes a washer and dryer and some garage space. The room is large and has a large closet. Currently you would get your own bathroom unless we get a 3rd roommate. $1200/mo + Utilities; rent would go down if we got a 3rd roommate
